AsthME is an innovative app for patients with asthma and their caregivers. With secure communication, digitized Asthma Action Plans, and weekly check-ins, AsthME balances simplicity and functionality to help users better manage their asthma condition, while creating a closer relationship to the clinical team.

(1) secure, two way communication to chat directly with a nurse about any questions or issues,
(2) direct access to a digital version of the users personalized Asthma Action Plan,
(3) automated identification of the users current "Zone" based on symptoms, and
